These terms apply to Betterever and its apps, Betterever Nexa and Betterever Nova (together, “Betterever”). By using Betterever you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Betterever is for adults aged 18 and over.

Nexa offers training plans, habit tracking and qualitative observations about your body. Nova offers interactive lessons. Estimates in either app are approximate and labelled as such.

Betterever is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Talk to a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, training or skin care, and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information so plans can be built safely.

Do not misuse Betterever: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other people’s data, no uploading photos of anyone other than yourself, and no interfering with the service.

Photos, logs and notes you add remain yours. You can delete them at any time. How we handle them is described in the Privacy Policy.

Betterever is in early access and will change. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
